We are at war. This is the new phase with innovative strategies, unholy alliances and unconventional tactics. It will get much worse. This is guaranteed. We are too late. Our leaders have ignored signs. Worse, they have been complicit on so many levels. They have, in fact, contributed/created Da'ish through the overthrow of regimes in the MENA (Iraq, Tunisia, Libya, Yemen, Egypt) and have worked feverishly, and illegally, to furnish an assortment of military hardware through Libya to Syrian rebels to overthrow the secular Assad regime. Washington supports regimes that covertly support Al Qaeda, Hizballah and the Muslim Brotherhood (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Iran). 



Parisians, on Friday the thirteenth (of November), were terrorized by eight young European born Arab Muslims, including two recent arrivals (Syrian "refugees"). The target of these Muslim youth: Western youth. 

Over a hundred --mostly young-- people were slaughtered as they enjoyed the start of the weekend. In cafes, bars, a soccer game and a concert, they were mowed down. None were armed and none tried to tackle their murderers. Like sheep, they were butchered. None resisted. Their false sense of security, notwithstanding recent foreboding events, placed their lives in peril. 

There has been so much slaughter since 9/11 globally in the name of Islam, and it has generally been business as usual. Carry on. Don't be a "racist" or an "Islamophobe" is you dare to express concerns about a certain group of people. 


DA'ISH (aka the Islamic State/ ISIL/ISIS) is Al Qaeda on speed. The objective is shared. The objective is one that all devout Muslims believe in: spreading the 'true faith' of Islam (submission) across the Globe until there is no fitna (strife) and no kuffar (infidels or disbelievers).

THE IRISH SCHOLAR AND HIS CAT: PANGUR BAN

Pangur Bán" is an Old Irish poem, written around the 9th century at or around Reichenau Abbey. It was written by an Irish monk, and is about his cat, Pangur Bán.

I and Pangur Ban my cat

THE JUNDALLAH AKA "LONE WOLF" THREAT TO THE HOMELAND: A CURSORY ASSESSMENT

"Anarchical Jihad" constitutes the gravest challenge when it comes to Homeland Security in the 21st century. It is a phrase I coined back in 2011 to explain the growing phenomena in the West of "sudden jihad syndrome," increasingly conducted by "lone wolfs" or a "wolf pack," vice a professional cadre of operatives with extensive military and operational training. Unlike "professional terrorists," who are actual members, rather than ideological bedfellows, of publicly known terrorist/insurgent organizations, the "lone wolf" is hard to identify prior to his self appointed mission. 

Lexicon matters. Refusing to leverage terminology appropriately, or at all, while undertaking a serious, comprehensive, agenda-free assessment of what we face on the home front is to guarantee a flawed strategy and tactics in order to eliminate/mitigate the growing threat within our borders.

What do I mean by "Anarchical Jihad"? In Islamic theology, jihad or struggle to propagate the faith is considered fard ayn (mandatory obligation).

Perplexing why thoughtful commentators are minimizing/deriding this insidious threat as a PC construct? Is there a template and a venue for indoctrination/absorption of this template. Absolutely. But many of these jundallahs/loneoperators/lone wolves are acting as free agents, who are deeply embedded inwestern society and somehow (event/person) get triggered to go "jihadi." against the infidel. There are no “lone wolves,” the latest politically correct neologism invented to explain (and explain away) the spread of single-actor terrorists proliferating across the world and now the U.S., notably with the latest murder of our unarmed military in Chattanooga by Mohammad Youssuf Abdulazeez.

“Love wolves,” like “Islamophobia” before it, is a bogus term of distraction, designed to take focus off the reality that a solid percentage of the billion plus Islamic world is at war with the West, seeking to take it over, militarily and/or ideologically.  These may be solitary individuals (or often not, as in Boston and Garland) but they are all acting from the same playbook — the Koran and Hadith.   They are simply soldiers in a massive global army.  They all know their instructions, which are in front of their eyes and couldn’t be simpler.

Attempts are being made to find an excuse — anything but Islam. According to CNN, Abdulazeez’s Jordanian relatives are claiming the young man was “depressed.”  So is almost everybody I know at one time or another … and guess what?  Not a single one of them is a terrorist.  Perhaps Obama should declare a War on Depression and give out free Prozac in the mosques along with condoms.  That should do it.

Meanwhile, I’m sure some exist, but I have yet to meet a single middle or upper class white liberal or progressive who has actually read the Koran or Hadith.  At most they answer, “Well, sure… back in school,” in which case you know they’re lying. Or they’ll launch into a disquisition on how it doesn’t really matter because all religions are equal, noting that there’s “bad stuff” in the Bible.  Somewhere north of ninety percent of these folks do not know that the Koran, unlike the Bible,  is considered by Muslims theverbatim dictation of Allah to Mohammed (therefore undebatable) or how the  inevitable contradictions that stem from this are rectified through abrogation. And they have even less idea what this abrogation adds up to, how it has ratified the ideology of the murderous modern jihad movement from the Muslim Brotherhood on into ISIS.  They don’t want to know.  They also don’t want to know that Muslim immigration is exploding and overwhelming the FBI. This is highly disruptive information to them and wouldn’t play well at the next PTA diversity meeting.

Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez (Abdul Aziz) killed four Marines on American soil today in the closing days of Ramadan. Killed them far from any battlefield. Muhammad Abdul Aziz would have cased the places prior to his Ramadan jihadi attack, and noted the "no firearms" sign on the recruitment office. Those Marines were easy targets for this coward who did not engage them face to face. 

According to media reports, Abdul Aziz purportedly was a native of  Kuwait. Kuwait. The country conquered by a neighboring Muslim army (Iraq) in August of 1990. Kuwait, whose sovereignty American Marines and Soldiers restored with their blood and sweat.  

If Muhammad indeed was a Kuwaiti that should raise alarms. Loud alarms.We, however, as a divided nation are rudderless, adrift post 9/11.

My hunch, judging from his appearance/features, and those of his family members, is they were Palestinian Arab guest workers in Kuwait. The Kuwaitis rewarded the treachery of the Palestinian Arabs in their midst --who en masse threw in their support for the butcher of Baghdad when his hegemonic appetite led to his misadventure in 1990--by expelling them. 

Irrespective of Muhammad Abdul Aziz's origins (Palestinian or Kuwaiti Arab), this latest act of savagery on our soil in the name of Islam underscores the threat. We are at war with an ideology that is indoctrinated every day in the mushrooming mosques across the United States. The mosques are ground zero here in the US, UK, France,Israel, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Iran, etc, etc. Yet, only one very brave leader, President Sisi of Egypt, has taken the unpalatable but necessary draconian measures to restrict access to mosques and to monitor the sermons/teachings within. He faces a lonely dangerous task without American support. This is noteworthy.

Islam is an imperialist/conquering religion. Its 1400 year narrative is replete with conquest from its desert origins in the Arabian Peninsula. The new "religion of peace" mantra is laughable if not tragicomic. Submission is to Allah and to the din (faith). This is the fundamental principle of Islam: to submit to Allah. The goal is unchanged: to convert all to the correct path via jihad in all its forms. Apostasy is a death penalty offense. Neither Judaism nor Christianity threatens their adherents with such a consequence for leaving the faith. Only Islam. This is just a fact. The truth. I write this as a Muslim who spent ten years attending Islamic studies in school.

Jihad, or struggle, is mandatory but, given that Islam is a legalistic religion, there are certain strict guidelines. Post 1979, what has changed is the methodology. Globally, the danger is what I've termed "Anarchical Jihad." A "Holy War" that every Tom, Dick or Abdullah can decide to undertake involving a  violent heinous act as a lone wolf/wolf pack, or a member of a terrorist group like Al Qaeda or Da'ish/IS. Indoctrinated in mosques to conduct haram or forbidden acts like suicide martyrdom operations, the template has frayed and everything is considered "halal" or permitted. The mosques must be scrutinized here, just as they are in Egypt, and shut down. Families of Muslim terrorists must be deported. This form of collective punishment may, to a degree, have a dampening effect. There are no easy palatable solutions. That is the bitter truth. But there are plenty of unpalatable, but necessary, solutions to deal with this growing threat within our borders.

The only way moving forward to prevent more jihadi attacks is to go on the offensive here in the US. Appeasement won't work. We must honor these fallen Marines by changing our approach to the threat. Our so-called leaders won't even acknowledge the threat, let alone advocate first steps: scrutinize and shut down most mosques across the country.  Our well trained military personnel must be allowed to carry sidearms on and off bases; Muslim immigration shut down or restricted, and the UN be damned (forcing Somalis and others on us). Better yet, we shut down the UN headquarters in New York and divest from them. Let the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) foot the UN bill. 

We must honor these Marines by waging war on those who wish to harm us on the home front. 

The American people have to demand an immediate national security paradigm shift. The hour is late but don't expect Washington to change "business as usual."
